Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in withdrawal delays or Account suspension.
4.5 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction initiation. These limits may vary by payment method and are subject to change.
5.1 mrtm88 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Members. All such offers are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game contribution percentages, and time limits, which will be published at the point of offer.
5.2 Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Wagering requirements must be completed using real money balance where required by the specific bonus terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mrtm88 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the mrtm88 platform — including but not limited to software, code, design, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and game assets — is the property of mrtm88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. 9.3 In no event shall mrtm88's total aggregate liability to any Member exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.1 mrtm88 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, or at mrtm88's sole discretion in the interests of platform integrity.
10.2 Members may close their own Account at any time by submitting a written request via the live chat support channel. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via the last verified payment method used.
10.3 Self-exclusion requests are treated as binding. Once a self-exclusion is activated, mrtm88 will take reasonable steps to prevent the affected Member from accessing their Account for the duration of the exclusion period.
